Once your order has been received, please allow 48 hours for packing and processing.
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
Shipping & Delivery Information
We’ve partnered up with few couriers company such as Australia Post, Couriers Please and Sendle and a shipping tracking number will be provided once the shipment has been dispatched.
All orders are dispatched from our Distribution Center located in New South Wales via couriers company choosen by us. In peak times (eg, Free Shipping Promotions, Christmas, Easter, Public holidays) there may be a delay in goods being delivered.
If the items you have ordered are out of stock, you will be notified within 2-3 days, and given an expected date of arrival or a full refund.
Our delivery partners now all support contactless delivery – parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection. Someone will need to be present at the delivery address for this to occur otherwise standard delivery procedures apply.
Shipping times within metro & regional areas are estimated at between 3-7 business days. For remote areas, please allow an estimated delivery time between 7-14 business days.

Tracking Your Order(s)
A unique tracking number will be provided for all orders once dispatched.
What If I Am Not Home During The Delivery
If no one is available at the delivery address a card will be left and the parcel will be taken to the nearest local post office for collection. If the item is not collected within 7 business days, it will be returned to us and a fee to re-ship will apply.
Failed Delivery Attempt
We may charge a processing fee to re-ship orders that have been returned to us for the following reasons:
- Unknown reason – refused or rejected upon delivery
- Insufficient/incorrect address entered during the ordering process
- Unclaimed parcels from your local collection point
Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not exchange some products such as undergarments, bottles, nappies, wipes and any other hygiene product.
Change of Mind/Exchanges
If for some reason, you want to return an item because you have simply changed your mind, RRkids will gladly offer you an exchange or refund for items returned within 14 days of purchase.
Provided that the product:
* is in its original unused, undamaged and sealed packaging;
* is not discontinued item or an item that was reduced to clear; and
* is returned together with any free or bonus items that were provided with the item at the time of purchase.
RRkids will assess the product on return and has the right to refuse a refund or exchange if they deem the product does not fall within the above criteria.
Please note: Any delivery charges, gift-wrapping or additional fees charged will not be refunded.
All refunds will be made the same way as the original payment method was made.
Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you believe there is a problem with the item you purchased please contact us directly and we will be able to advise you what to do next.
We may need to send the item to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. If the product has been assessed and found to be not faulty or has been damaged due to inappropriate use, RRkids has the right to refuse to provide a refund, repair or exchange.
